Operations Manager Vacancy

We’re looking for a dynamic person with a broad range of skills to lead our operations and ensure we meet our ambition of getting more people cycling.

Outspoken Training is one of the UK’s largest cycle training organisations with a team of dedicated and inspiring instructors, creating more confident cyclists. Due to significant growth, we need an Operations Manager, responsible for making sure our courses run smoothly and our operations team is motivated to ensure our inbox stays full of very happy customers.

The right person will be a team-player, able to inspire and motivate as well as having a great can-do attitude. You’ll share our ideals and ethos, have a positive attitude and be motivated to make a difference in inspiring more cycling.

You’ll be process driven and love the challenge of putting in place systems and processes that ensure clarity through the fog.

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Cambridge

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Salary: £28k - £32k per annum

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Lead the operations team to continue to provide an awesome service
  • Develop systems to improve efficiencies and ensure we meet our targets for quality and numbers of training courses
  • Ensure the smooth running of our office and facilities
  • Play a key role in contributing to our operational and strategic plans
