We have a passion for cycling and we love what we do! Our friendly staff make learning thoroughly enjoyable as they seek to inspire a love of cycling. We are qualified to do the job well, whether teaching adults or children.
We are:
- Bikeability accredited. Bikeability is the National Standard for cycling. We are the only Bikeability accredited cycle training business in Cambridge and are monitored by Cycling England. To maintain our status we must adhere to national standards in all aspects of the business from recruitment and mentoring to child protection and management structure.
- Fully qualified. All our instructors are qualified to the National Standard. This is a three stage process of initial training, which they must pass, followed by a period of mentoring, after which their teaching is assessed and approved by an accredited training provider.
- Professional. Our instructors teach every day.
- Externally monitored.Outspoken is externally monitored by the Cycle Touring Club (CTC), Britain's largest cycling organisation. The CTC helped to set the National Cycle Training Standards when these were formed in 2007.
